A hat-trick from winger Raphinha led Barcelona to beat visiting team Real Valladolid 7-0 in the Spanish La Liga match at the Lluis Companys Olympic Stadium, Barcelona, Saturday night IST.
Raphinha scored his goals in the 20th, 64th and 72nd minutes. Meanwhile, four other goals were scored by Robert Lewandowski (24'), Jules Kounde (45+2'), Dani Olmo (82') and Ferran Torres (85').
The result of the match made Barcelona lead the temporary standings of La Liga 2024-2025 with a perfect record of 12 points from four matches. Meanwhile, Valladolid is perched in 12th place.
Barcelona, who played with a 4-3-3 formation, was able to make Valladolid's defense waver from the start of the match.
However, a new goal came in the 20th minute where Raphinha executed Pau Cubarsi's pass well.
Four minutes later, it was Robert Leandowski's turn to register his name on the scoreboard in the 24th minute utilizing Lamine Yamal's pass. Jules Kounde then scored a goal in the 45+2 minute which made Barcelona lead 3-0 in the first half.

For Dani Olmo, it was his second goal for Barcelona in a row after recording his debut and goal in the match against Rayo Vallecano, Wednesday (28/8) early morning IST.
The match against Valladolid also made Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski the top scorer in La Liga 2024-2025 and his 17-year-old teammate Lamine Yamal the top assist provider in the league with four assists .
