Host France U-23 secured a ticket to the quarter-finals of the men's football at the 2024 Paris Olympics after a narrow 1-0 win over Guinea in the second match of Group A at the Allianz Riviera Stadium on Sunday.
France's winning goal was scored by young defender Killian Sildillia p-in the second half.
This victory makes France collect six points from two matches. Les Bleus is in first place and is difficult to shift from the top of Group A.

Guinea opened a golden opportunity through Algassime Bah in the 9th minute with a left-footed shot after receiving a pass from Aleix Moriba. However, his chance was cut off by a French player.
